1. Services

Altay Studio provides custom apparel printing services including t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and other garments. All products are made to order based on customer specifications and artwork.

2. Orders & Pricing

Custom Products: All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD and include the garment and printing. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.

Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.

3. Artwork Guidelines

You confirm that:

You own or have rights to use all artwork submitted
Artwork does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks
Content is not illegal, offensive, or harmful
Files meet our quality requirements for printing

We reserve the right to refuse orders with artwork that violates intellectual property rights, contains hate speech, or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Design Review & Approval

Orders with printed designs include a design review process:

We review all artwork before printing for quality assurance
Mockups are provided for your approval before production
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design
Production begins only after your approval

5. Shipping & Delivery

Production Time: Typical production takes 3-5 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available upon request.

Shipping: Standard shipping times vary based on location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is shipped.

Local Pickup: Free pickup is available in Raleigh, NC for orders meeting the minimum requirements.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or design preference. However, we will reprint or refund orders that arrive defective, misprinted, or damaged. See our for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Altay Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of artwork you submit. You grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely for fulfilling your order. The Altay Studio name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
